Camp Kintail has invited speakers from TQAMP (formly: Transplaining) to help congregations learn more and support members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community in their places of worship. The speaker series will take place at Camp Kintail with coffee, tea, and desserts available all day long as well as a delicious lunch. Anyone who is interested is welcome to attend. - 2SLGBTQIA+ Inclusion for faith leaders and church members.
- Understanding the cultural landscape 2SLGBTQIA+ people face
- Recommendations for 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion in faith-based spaces
TQAMP (formly: Transplaining) works to create a safe(r) world for transgender and gender non-conforming youth and adults through education, community conversations and radically empathic consulting. Transplaining takes an intersectional approach to justice, equity and belonging, uplifting and centering all minoritized voices. - Transplaining 2024
